Dan and I are now, The Last Duo.
A funny thing happened on the way to a gig one day, suffice it to say it was my bad and Dan said “This is The Last Duo I’m going to be in.”
Then we played in a open mic one evening and the host introduced us as The Last Duo of the evening “ Weird? “
One night at The Holy Grail the manager told us we were, “The Last Duo that plays here on a regular basis” and I thought “ This is really weird “ .
Then Dan comes over one night and says, “we need a new name, I’ve got two ideas. “ “ I’m listening” So he says, “ How about Dan?” “ well it’s short”, I said, “What’s your other option?” The Last Duo, ( there it is again) so what could I say? We are, “The Last Duo”
